Sleeping more helps you in school. Scientists say<br>elementary school kids need 10 hours of sleep every night.<br>\u5c0f\u5b69\u6bcf\u665a\u8981\u7761\u5341\u500b\u5c0f\u6642!<br>Adults only need 7 or 8 hours of sleep \u2026 but kids need to sleep more to<br>learn and remember new things at school.<br>If you learned something, and you just can&#8217;t remember it \u2026 maybe you need<br>more sleep!<br>If you want to get a high score on your tests, you need to do three things:<br>Number one: Go to bed at the same time \u6bcf\u5929\u665a\u4e0a\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u6642\u9593\u8981\u7761\u89ba \u2026 If you go<br>to sleep at 8 o&#8217;clock one night and 10 o&#8217;clock the next night \u2026 your body<br>gets confused \u2026 Your brain says, &#8220;Hey! Should I feel tired now?&#8221; Or maybe<br>it&#8217;s saying, &#8220;Ahhhh! I&#8217;m tired, help!&#8221;<br>Number two: Don&#8217;t play with your cell phone or watch TV at night!<br>\u665a\u4e0a\u73a9\u624b\u6a5f\u6216\u770b\u96fb\u8996\u90fd\u662f\u4e0d\u597d\u5594! The bright light of the TV or your phone tells<br>your body to wake up. And that&#8217;s not good before bedtime.<br>Number three: Exercise!
